What typologies does BIM Architects work on?
We work across residential, commercial, civic, hospitality and retail typologies. Our portfolio ranges from private villas and rooftop restaurants to corporate offices, healthcare centres and civic facilities. The unifying thread is a contextual, material-driven approach - not a single building type.
Do you take on projects outside Palghar?
Yes. While our studio is based in Palghar, we actively take on projects across the Mumbai metropolitan region, western Maharashtra and Gujarat. For remote projects we deploy a combination of site visits, digital coordination and trusted local partners to maintain quality.
What is BIM and why does it matter for my project?
BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a coordinated 3D modeling workflow that integrates architecture, structure and MEP into a single digital model. It reduces clashes, improves cost certainty, accelerates documentation and gives you a single source of truth - which translates directly into fewer surprises on site.
Can you work with an existing contractor or do you bring your own?
Both. We regularly collaborate with client-nominated contractors and can also recommend vetted contractors from our network. In either case, our documentation and supervision standards remain the same - we protect the design intent and your budget regardless of who builds.
How do you charge for your services?
Our fees are typically structured as a percentage of project cost, a lump sum for defined scope, or a time-based arrangement for advisory work. We provide a transparent fee proposal after the initial Discovery meeting, once the scope, complexity and timeline are understood.
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary widely by scope. A private interior renovation might take 3-4 months of design plus 4-6 months of execution, while a new-build commercial project can take 6-9 months of design plus 12-18 months of construction. We provide a project-specific schedule during the Design phase.
