Design Narrative

<p>The Rotary Centre is a single-storey civic facility whose dramatic undulating canopy - supported by expressive V-shaped columns - shelters a welcoming drop-off zone for community members and emergency vehicles alike. Exposed brick masonry, large-format glass curtain walls and concrete cap bands create a material palette that is both warm and durable. Golden-hour lighting, mature landscaping and clear wayfinding signage reinforce the building's mission of accessible, humane public service.</p>
